2) Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.
3) Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins January 19, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends January 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4) How to Enter (Free + Paid Methods)
A) Free Entry – Facebook (1 entry total per person)
During the Giveaway Period, comment “@highlight” on the official giveaway post on Sponsor’s Facebook page. Limit one (1) Facebook comment entry per person.
B) Free Entry – Instagram (1 entry total per person)
During the Giveaway Period, on the official giveaway post on Sponsor’s Instagram account, comment and tag three (3) unique friends in a single comment. Limit one (1) Instagram tag entry per person.
Tagging fake accounts, repeated accounts, or brand/celebrity accounts may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
C) Purchase Entries – OberkCarCare.com
During the Giveaway Period, receive one (1) entry for every $10 USD spent on eligible purchases at oberkcarcare.com (before shipping and taxes, after discounts). Example: $87 = 8 entries.
There is no cap on purchase entries.
Eligible purchases: completed, paid orders placed on oberkcarcare.com during the Giveaway Period.
Non-eligible transactions: canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or chargeback orders will not count. Partial refunds may reduce entries.

7) Winner Selection & Odds
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8) Winner Notification
Winner will be notified via Instagram Live, direct message and/or comment reply using the social account used to enter and may be required to verify eligibility (name, age, U.S. residency).
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9) Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner agrees that Sponsor may use winner’s first name, last initial, city/state, and/or social handle for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10) Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all claims or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

12) General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Sponsor
